“God, yes,” Lou nodded, her nails digging into Debbie’s hips as she pushed her down further against her thigh, encouraging her to grind against her more, Debbie’s breathing starting to get short.

“Keep the money,” Debbie whispered suddenly, her tongue darting out to lick Lou’s earlobe as the blonde cursed. “I want you inside me. Come around back?”

“Debbie,” Lou chuckled, shaking her head, only to be interrupted by Debbie’s hand ghosting along the crotch of her pants as Debbie let out a gasp.

“Are you…packing?” Debbie whispered, licking her lips as her eyes grew darker.

“One way to find out.”

“You’re a star for doing this, love,” Carol beamed, turning to Therese who was sitting in the passenger seat of the car trying and failing not to glower at the windshield in front of her.

“I’m doing this for you, not Abby,” the brunette reminded her.

“Oh, hush,” the blonde laughed. “Don’t act like that. It’s no secret you and Abby are the best of friends these days. If anything, I should be upset that she’s replacing me. Should’ve known she’d end up liking my f-girlfriend more than me.”

They both caught the slip in speech, locking eyes for only a moment before the younger woman’s cheeks starting burning and she looked down at her lap.

Summary:

Debbie looked up, brown eyes meeting blue ones, and a trademark smirk revealed that Lou had caught Debbie looking apparently too long at Lou’s cleavage.
The smirk quickly turned into a pointed look at Debbie’s legs. Debbie’s confidence quickly turned to embarrassment as she realized that Rusty’s hand was still on her thigh which she quickly shooed away with an eye roll.
Lou let out a chuckle from near the door but didn’t make a move towards Debbie. She was waiting for Debbie to come to her, it seemed. And it wasn’t a game, Debbie realized. Lou must not have known if Debbie wanted her to be there. After all, Debbie hadn’t called her to ask.
“I called her.” Rusty whispered, answering a question that Debbie hadn’t asked with the answer Debbie already knew. It had been her plan after all. If anything, Danny’s apparent death had given her a gift. An opportunity of sorts. To be with Lou, only if for a night.

Debbie found herself blushing at the subtext of what Lou was asking, a grin growing on her face.

“Come on in,” Debbie nodded. “Least I can do is make you a drink. Have to learn who’s protecting my ass.”

“It’s a nice ass,” Lou shrugged.

“You’re a little bold, aren’t you?” Debbie asked, studying her face, trying to get a read on the blonde.

“I’m not the one who went out for a latte while knowing someone had a hit out on me.”

“I like to live dangerously,” Debbie shrugged in return.

“Looks like I have my work cut out for me,” Lou chuckled. “Good thing I came prepared.”

“Oh?” Debbie laughed. “What? You’re packing heat?”

“Always,” Lou winked.
